HELP!!------What to do when a person RSVP no but sends money

I have a few guests who RSVP no but sent money (checks). What do I do.......

Do I send them a thank you right away, or do I wait until after the wedding to say thank you?

Do I sent them a thank you now and another one after the wedding (with our wedding photo thank you's)?

Do we deposit the checks now, or after the wedding?

I actually had a few of them and I called and thank'd them and said sorry you can't come, that we'll miss them there. And after the wedding I sent our Thank you card to them as well.

i sent a thank you right away, and cashed the checks when i got them. after the wedding i sent another thank you, as well as mailed them a wedding favor, and included our picture. hope this helps.

i sent a thank you right away and also cashed the check when we got it...

I had the same thing happen and I deposited the check right away and sent a thank you note.

we cashed the check and sent a thank you when we got them, but we didn't get any checks more then 2 weeks before our wedding. if it was more then that maybe a month or so before i would have sent a thank you card right away
