I am a 2006 Bride in Suffolk County, I'm looking for a DJ, Florist, Videographer and Limo's. I've recieved so much info from vendors, but who's good?? Could you lend some advice to a drowing in papers bride?? Thanks

Welcome!
First: Pick a few vendors from the site and research them on The Brides Review - start surfing the boards and you will notice te same names popping up over and over - you will see pics you like.
Besically, cruise the site, and you will develop a liking to certain peoples work. You have time!

I agree... First I think you should concentrate on photo/video. I believe this is the vendor that gets booked the soonest(after the hall). You still have plenty of time though so do a lot of research and go to the studios to check out the diff photog's work.

I live in Suffolk, and I have found that Im not a fan of driving a million miles just to check out a vendor... so far I choose Tommy's Tunes for my DJ (centereach) -- he was the only one we looked at, and we are in the middle of our photographer search now... so far my favorites are Leli Photography in St. James, Dan Krieger in Mt. Sinai and Duet in Huntington...

Welcome and congrats. We are using Duet for photo and video, very reasonable and high quality. We are using Tommy's Tunes for DJ, I have heard them many times and they are excellent. We are using Long Island Invitations for our invites. That is all the advice I have for you right now!!!
