help! where can fh and I go in nassau county- mineola area for the license- also what Time can we go? are the open weekends or after 5?

Emily - we were told by many friends and family not to go to Town of Hempstead because of all the problems that they had - I went on marcela's suggestion to North Hempstead (Manhasset) not far from Lord & Taylors and the only waiting we did was for them to type in the paperwork. It was SO easy and they were so nice

i went to Manhasset's location near Lord n Taylor's.. such speedy service there and so polite =)
you should call before you decide to go in. some places require a certain form of payment and cost. i payed $40 in cash whereas other places may ask for money order.

I was in and out before I could take off my coat. no lines no waiting nothing.
It was a breeze.
I guess everyone has their own experiences.. *shrug*
