Help with Apts...

So I am looking right now in

Queens:
Richmond Hill
Forest Hill
Woodhaven
Kew Gardens


Nassau:
Uniondale
Freeport
West Hemsptead

The other places i want for nassau is TOO expewnsive...


What other places are GOOD/SAFE in queens??

BUDGET is $1,200.....

Yo se que vives en Uniondale but is not the safest place to be...eaither is West Hempstead. Freeport is good but the south part. Can I help you find an apt???????

Tell me your 'must have' and let me do some reasearch now.

V - also be careful w/ Queens since you guys work in Nassau. I was talking to hubby about it and he mentioned that sometimes there's also traffic going from Nassau to Queens and vice versa -- so not sure how important that is to you, but you might not want to be too far from where you guys work.

I was gonna recommend Bayside also - nice residential area

IF your going to consider Queens stick to the boarder line because the traffic can be pretty bad.

'MUST HAVE'???

I want a Building... Like I dont wanna live in a baseman or attic!!!

I have lived as a renter in a house for the past 10yrs and dont like it so much...
I believe an apart complex (building) will be like more privacy...

We would want ONE BR apt but i hope we can find something with our budget... if not i may have to settle for studio...

Let's say even if room was $1200 + Utilities I think we can def do da too....

Job? Well I work in Syosset & Luis is Roslyn.. But we are not sure for how long... ya nos cansamos de este trabajo y solo estamos aqui por la boda 7 las vacaciones.... so we dont know para donde iremos a trabajar next year.

I have only live in Nassau even since i came to USA so all i know is NASSAU...

Im scared that Queens may not be 'comfortable' for my paretns to come visit us... Dad gets confuse/lost in one way streets so im not sure how they will visit us if i leave all the way in queens....

I would love if you were in Queens, you know that, but I also know what a pain in the butt is to be in traffic all the time lol.
