Help with bridesmaid colors!
Ladies - I need help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!My dress is champagne with a blush overlay.
I wanted to put the girls in Jim Hjelm dresses in the color 'Petal'. I received the sample and I went to Bridal Reflections to try on BM dresses with my MOH and Petal is almost peachy...
Will this clash with the blush overlay!?!?!?
I am planning on wearing the overlay for the ceremony and taking it off for the reception - which leaves me in champagne...but...will it clash?
Some of the girls brought up having them wear blank - which, I'd be okay with if my wedding wasn't a day wedding...however, it WOULD be okay with my venue...
Help!!! LOL
Thank you!

Beautiful dress and love the color. Have several suggestions:Gray, raspberry, coral-y pink, pale yellow, different shades of green or ivory. Lol not sure if this helped.

From the photos, they seem very similar. I think a pinker pink would work nicely, or sage green, if you're into that.I love your gown by the way, it's absolutely stunning!

Thank you!!! I had doubts about it but I'm sold again. Especially since I'm doing the tulle detachable. It gives me like an entirely new dress for the reception!Originally, I was sold on the JCrew sage green color, Dusty Shale. Turns out that those dresses are just wayyyyyyy too expensive.
I think I'm really just drawn to the pinks/blushes. The guys are in gray and I'm afraid of having the girls in gray too...

I wouldn't count JCrew out just yet! My MOH did them for her wedding and around Thanksgiving they had an INSANE sale. I actually just went online and they have a 30% off sale right now. So that would bring most of the dresses to under 200! And coming from experience, no alterations were needed because they were very true to size. She even got a credit card and got another 15% off at the time.

I agree - a more pinky pink or a sage. I would avoid gray if that's what the guys are wearing.By the way your dress is absolutely gorgeous!!

Wait...a...minute.
Maybe I'll just hold off then!!!
GREAT HEADS UP!!!
Now I have to make sure that the sizes will accommodate all of my girls and then I'll be good to go!
AMAZING! THANK YOU!

Good luck! I have been in 7 weddings, and honestly it was the only dress I wore again. It was so classic and elegant!
