I'd like to have an after wedding brunch, the Sunday morning after our Saturday evening wedding. First, we're planning to put the info in the OOT bags, but how the heck do I guesstimate how many people will be coming? Also, does anyone have any suggestions for a brunch location in the Long Beach area? Thanks!

I actually put the info in our invitations - on the accommodations card it says 'For those guests staying at the hotel, please join us for brunch... etc.' And then it will also be on the RSVP card underneath the wedding RSVP.

We put down a deposit for 50 people at the brunch, but we can change that at any time. I'll know about a month or so before the wedding, because that's when rooms need to be booked by at the hotel.

i think you should either put it on the invite or the placecard... something tangible that they can mark off if they want to attend and at the end of the night, you can just collect them all and submit a final headcount.
