Help with DIY invites

Ok now that the new year is here I have to get my butt in to gear! Those of you that have made your own invites, how did you do it. I want to put a simple design on it, I have off-white plain invites, and I would just like to put a small design on the side. Does any one know where I could fins designs or have pics of their invites? TIA Ladies! I'm already gfeeling overwhelmed!

maybe use a stamp? I have no idea..

I was going to attempt this but i was quickly talked out of it.

hey weekend twin!! i dowloaded the free version of photoshop and downloaded some brushes to go along with it (all found if you google 'free photoshop brushes') then i made an invite!

you can play around with a ton of different ideas like i did, i attached a pic of one i did...

noooowwww im rethinking my whole idea though!!
