Help with HM!

Chicas....
I need help with my HM!!!
So so far, FH and I fell in love with Cheeca Lodge & Spa In IslaMorada Key, FL.
We soooo want to go there!!!
Plus it is VERY affordable for Us!




Lovely right?!
OMG I SOOO Love it!...

Now here it is the problem...

We want to arrive at MIA(Miami International Airport) which is 2hrs away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I called Cheeca, and they can send us a 'Private Car' for $250!!!!!!!!!
Or we can get a taxi (Which still is around $250!!!!!)...
So we are not sure how are we getting FROM/TO Cheeca!!!!!!!
Please Help.. What do we Do?!!!!!
We reallt want that BUT paid $500 for Transportation ONLY?!!!!!

What can we do?

is there an Alamo or Hertz rent a car near the airport?
you can rent a car for the day for like 40 dollars and return it closer to the hotel.

looks for a hertz or Avis or something like that.

i think even enterprise will pick u up

can you have someone drive you to the airport going and pick you guys up when you get back

But i am.... well i will be 24 by September... i think u have to be older than 25 to pay for regular price otherwise u have to pay extra then it turns out to like $$$$$$$ moreee!!!

No it is 45mins away.. and i check, THERE ARE SOOO EXPENSIVE taking a plane to Marathon.. I mean MORE expensier than Taxiii!!!!

I didnt know U have a car waiting for u as soon as U get to the airport!!!!

Budget, Dollar, Enterprise and Thrifty rent to drivers over 21, but penalize underage drivers with a daily surcharge. Some even restrict the type of vehicle, making a luxury model or sport utility vehicle off-limits.


but the surcharge might not be too bad if your only rent for one day,

then you rent it one more day

ask FL is cheaper than NY

You call a car rental reserve a car, let them know the time you arrive at the airport. They should have it ready for you. Same thing on your way back.

crashing.... FH and I LOVE Islamorada!!!!!! that resort is AMAZING.. but I would HIGHLY recommend renting a car theres not much in walking distance.

The last time we rented a car I was under 25 I dont think the charge was that bad. I think we used Budget Rental car.
