Chocolate cookies are good when they are warm. I also love molasses cookies. I haven't eaten a cookie in months.

BUT, as for the internet kind...

You mentioned you checked in your internet options but didn't say where, check in the security tab and look in the custom level, you may have it set so high that it's not allowing them.

I think I found it -

To allow cookies, change your privacy settings.

To change your privacy settings

In Internet Explorer, on the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
On the Privacy tab, move the slider up for a higher level of privacy or down for a lower level of privacy.

Is this on your work computer or home? Your work may be blocking it. I wouldn't suggest changing anything if it's your work computer.

For home:

Tools - Internet Options - Privacy tab - Click on the Edit button at the bottom and add in the full URL of the site you're trying to reach.

Also, if you can find a 'restore defaults' anywhere, try resetting your settings.

Norton antivirus wouldn't prevent cookies, but a firewall could for a certain site. Do you have a software firewall like ZoneAlarm? You might need to alter those settings to allow that particular website.

Post it here, lets see if we have the same problem.
