I need to finalize my invite order before my order is processed and I am having issues with the capitalization .. Does this look right in terms of capitalization should it read 'two thousand and nine' or 'Two thousand and nine' ?? Also for the reception card, cant figure out what should be capped?
Thanks so much in advance!!!

Re: Help with Invitations ! Please
We are in the middle of ordering our invitations. The woman who helped us actually wrote out the whole thing.
Basically, let the person you are ordering them with help you. Even after we made the proff, we STILL found simple mistakes like capitalization and hyphens.

Re: Help with Invitations ! Please
this is what the people at the invitation place did with the lettering.. it just looked kind of funny but I am not sure why or what to change.. I did a simple search on line to see what popped up but i see so many different ways that they do the capitalization.

The invite wording looks good- The year can be written either capitalizes or lower case it is up to you.

A lot of people don't like 'two thousand AND nine' because that reads like a decimal in math. Fwiw, that's what we did and I don't think anyone would ever pick up on it, aside from fellow wedding planners. We capitalized the T in two.
Technically, you don't need to put 'in the afternoon' after two o'clock, because no one would have a 2am ceremony. However, I like how it looks...it seems to balance it out more.
For the time of your reception, it should be 'half after five' instead of 'half past'. The latter is traditionally used only for funerals.
Black tie invited? Do you mean attire?

Definitely go with Optional. It's much more common. :)
