HELP with INVITES

Girls-I am so upset--

I thought I ordered enough invitations but i only ordered 125--Im short like 15 invites-and Im so upset-

I called the store and they trold me that if I order 25 more its $325!!!!

HELP what do I do--they are folded invites with pearls and lace ribbon so I cant replicate them.

Should I order a differnt invite as well?

I dont want to spend $325 additional!!!

ohhh noooooo...... You can order a different one, but If it was me I would just order the same one. I know shelling out another 325.00 *****! I'm sorry girly!!

$325 for 25 invites.......thats crazy!!
There has got to be something the place can work out with you, that just seems like an awful lot of money for 25 invites.

I'm in the invitation business, and I can tell you that there probably won't be anything the store can do to help you.

They MIGHT be able to give you a small extra 5% discount or something because its a re-order. It depends on who you are dealing with, and what manufacturer they are dealing with. BUT these are the policies set by the manufacturers of the invitations, there generally isn't any flexibility.

This is how it works: Before your order is printed and assembled, there is a price for an 'additional 25'. Once they have been printed, the manufacturer uses the initial 25 price. And some companies have a minimum order of 50 ... so at least your not in that situation!!!!

Personally, I would recommend ordering the 25 that match. Unless you have a group of people who don't know anyone else and might not even come to the wedding. Maybe guests who are over seas?

You wouldn't want people to be admiring your beautiful lace & pearl invitation, and then have people and have no idea what they're talking about. I'd personally be pretty embarrassed if that happened!

I think you might have to suck it up and order the extra 25...s ucks, I am so sorry!

I would order something cheaper and send those to a specific group - just your friends, just his just make sure they are similar. Maybe even make them myself. What do your invites look like - maybe I can help you find something?
