Can you girls recommend some hotels close to Westbury Manor that I should block for my OOT guests? (I'm a Queens girl, so I'm not too familiar with LI).
I've read on this board that Westgate Inn is pretty good....are there any others?

you guys should really go to this site www.discoverlongisland.com/ and tell then you are intrested in hotels in the area you want and they will send it out to hotels around that area and you will get propsals from all these hotels ... i did it and i am getting tons of proposal ... its easy to compare and saves you the hassle of calling all of them ..

I did the same thing where I called the visitors bureau... And I'm getting a bunch of proposals now... Its awesome! The one thing I did notice is I called one hotel and they gave me one rate and when I received the proposal through discover Long Island they had increased it by $10... So just be careful.. You may want to call places once you find one you like and see what they quote you over the phone...

My friends are having their wedding there next month and they went with the Huntington Hilton for the hotel - and they have a LOT of out of town guests!
