Grilled vegetable tower with TRI color greens mixed with sundried tomatoes and pine nuts tossed in Dijon vinaigrette served with brochette on toast point

Grilled Filet Mignon over garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus bundle, Topped with a red wine demi glaze.
Porcini encrusted French cut chicken breast over roasted mélange of vegetables and topped with white wine demi glaze.
Panko encrusted Stripped bass over herb risotto and baby welted spinach served with a lemon bure blanc sauce.
Vegetarian Beggars purse served with grilled vegetables and basmati rice
Dessert
Her Pre Plated molten lava chocolate soufflé and His Apple tart with ice cream and berries.

This is how the royalton gave it to me and its not written well but I'm a lil stumped how to fix it!!!
