Help with Mother's Day present for FMIL

I am completely lost on what to get her. I had wanted to get her a gift certificate for a mani/pedi, but my FH didn't know where she usually goes. She lives in Queens and doesn't really know the Island, so getting her one from a place out here is not an option.

Any other ideas about something nice, but not too expensive? I'm running out of time.
