Help with Photo Video Network!
I'm wondering if anyone has had this problem with The Photo Video Network???
They came to my house in early February and I stupidly signed their contract and put a deposit on my credit card. I then checked them out and saw that there were only bad reviews written about them. ( I know I should have done this first! I was stupid) So I immediately sent them a letter saying that I am rescinding the contract within 3 days which by law I can do and it states it on the bottom of the contract. I checked my card every day for the charge and it was pending then it disappeared, but now I have been charged!!
I was wondering if anyone else has been charged the deposit from them that cancelled the agreement and if they were able to get it removed??
