I need some help planning a ski weekend. There will be 6 of us, 4 adults and 2 teenagers. I'm looking for a nice place to stay close to a ski resort and affordable. I'm looking at Hunter Mountain, Camelback, and Shawnee. I would prefer if we could all stay in the same place, maybe a cabin or multiple bedroom set-up. We are looking to go Dec 7th-9th. Thanks for your help!!

Re: Help with planning a ski trip
Try www.vrbo.com or www.cyberrentals.com. I've used both in the past to rent ski houses.

Hi I havent stayed at the 3 you mentioned (i found hunter to be expensive) but we do usually go to Gore Mountain which is located by Lake George, Gore They have multiple bedroom townhouses all with fireplace and jacuzzi and it doesnt come out to much once you split it. They are also having a stay 2 night, get one night free special. The resort is very close to the mountain. hth.
