I am having a perfect pear theme and i need ideas for table names
I orginally was originally going to use different types of pears - (bosc, anjou, bartlett, seckle) but i have 20 tables so i cant think of 20 different ones -
Then i thought of the idea of having the term 'the perfect pair' translated into different langest - yet i have the same problem - cant come up with 20 different languages -
Does anyone have any good ideas for me?

You could do 'famous perfect pairs' like:
Laverne and Shirley Lucy and Desi Will and Grace Mickey and Minnie (sorry, I can't think of any really good ones).

OR you can think of things that make a pair! such as:
Salt & Pepper
Pair of Dice
Love Birds
Hand & Hand
Oil & Vinager
Just a thought! Can't come up with anymore

you could mix pear types with the word pear in different languages or ''a pefect pair' in different languages.

I like the different pairs of things idea.....heck, you could go as far as doing different favors for each table...
Pair of Dice gets 'love dice' pair of shoes could get shoelaces the perfect pair/pear gets the pear shaped object or a heart shaped frame oil & vinegar gets the bottles salt & pepper gets shakers love birds gets something bird shaped or hummingbird feeders from a catalog

Anjou Bosc Winter pear Clapp Forelle Seckel pears Comice asian pears yellow bartlett red bartlett ripe juicy pear tree asian pears fruity Summer (season that pears are grown) China august september october
and your table would be 'the Perfect Pair'
also august through october is the height of pear growing so you could do..

I LOVE...LOVE...LOVE this idea. You should really try hard to do this b/c it is so cute! I like the idea of [famous] pairs....

I have to pass these by FH - and see what he thinks - he is stuck on them being confusing and numbers being easier...
