Help!! With Transportion details!!

This is my scenario.....

I will be getting ready at my house in Rockville Centre with the Bridesmaids and my parents
so that is 6 bridesmaids My 2 parents and I (9People total there)

Then the groomsmen will be getting ready at the Garden city hotel....there are 3 ushers 7 groomsmen and the groom and his 3 parents! (14 people total).

I was thinking that a party bus could pick up all of those people at the GC hotel and then swing by my house in Rockville Centre and grab the bridesmaids and go to the church which is 2 min from my house to drop them off stay there and then drop them off in Bethpage at the Carlyle and then be done.
We would only need the party bus for (groom ushers, groomsmen and grooms parents, and bridesmaids)

Then I could get an Old car to bring my two parents and I to the church and to the reception hall after.

Then at the end of the night we have coach buses for out of towners that we all could use to get home late night.

Is there an easier way to do all this?????????

That's what i'm trying to do too.

I think i'm going to hire a Limo to pick me and my 6 girls up from my house to the swan club

Then I will hire a 14 passenger van to pick the guys and my parents up at the hotel.

Then on our way home we have a shuttle bus for the OOT guest to go back to the hotel.

SO far I'm hiring maybe (3) 14 passenger van to do pick up and drop off. and a Town car for me and my FH to be pick up from the swan club at night and a Limo pick up for me and the girls.

It's a lot of work I tell ya!!! When you have that big of a group.
