Help with Tuxes out of state

Most of the groomsmen are from LI or Boston. The best man is living in Bismarck, North Dakota right now and there is no Men's Warehouse even within 60 miles from him. He's taking time off from his job for the wedding so it's not possible for him to come home to get fitted. I'm not really sure how to go about this. I feel like the easiest thing would be to have him get measured and order the tux through Men's Warehouse? Do they do that? Any suggestions? Please help!

all of our groomsmen are OOT and the tux places are used to that. they can go to any local (reputable) tux place and get measured for free, and then call in their measurements. all tux places do this, it's a courtesy in their industry. doesnt have to be the same chain.

then when they come in they can be tweaked slightly to make sure it fits -- our tux shop has a tailor on staff for this purpose and they are going to have him come in on saturday because some of our OOTers may not be in on Friday (our wedding is Sunday)
