I had my shower yesterday!!! Yeay but it was done on my 30Th b-day. Now my wedding is in feb. Am I wrong to be a little upset that it was on my birthday. I think they could have done it a little later. I know that december and the end of november were out of the question but I feel like a rotten person being upset that it was on my b-day. I was hoping to have just a fun day with man shopping and then have dinner with my family and of course I was looking forward to all the 30 b-day jokes etc. But .....my b-day was really missed. Help me....am I a horrible rotten person?????

Sorry but I don't agree. While I do not think you are a horrible person I think that you should Focus on the fact that your sister among others put a lot of effort into making your B-shower special and a surprise. I do think your sis could have gotten you a card. Don't be so disappointed about your B-day. Just think years from now you will always remember how you spent your 30th. With family and friends who love you and wish you well.
