Help..EXTRAS? What questions do I ask?

Help I am going to go book my hall tonight. What questions do I ask ??? How do I get extras thrown in?

I'm not sure what hall you booked and what you already have in the package...BUT.....
There's always a way to negotiate.
I'm pretty sure you and your BM will come to a price where he won't budge anymore. This is when you start low balling the price per person. Obviously, he's gonna say, no way.....go back and forth for about a couple of minutes and stop the negotiating. Let the BM take a breather this is when you start telling him that instead of lowering the price, you want A, B, and C thrown in ...example - stuff in the menu, or linens, etc thrown in as well. Always, ALWAYS start with A LOT more stuff than you anticipating, because your BM will always negotiate back with you! UI always make sure that the BM knows that their service is the only service that I want but they need to work with my budget if I'm working with their minimum $$$!!!! This is the tactic that I've used for the hall, dress, flowers, photographers, etc. It has always worked on me. Always do it with a friendly face....and BE REALLY FIRM!!!! If he/she (BM) can sense you are scared or bluffing, he'll step all over you!

I'm about to head into this territory next week myself, so thanks for that piece of advice, Marshmallow! Makes me feel a little more confident walking in there.
