My hair person...who I have had a contract with for about 9 months now just informed me that her daughter is having her confirmation on my wedding day....and she wants to come and do my hair at 6AM and my photog is not coming until 12 and I get married at 5:30!!!! I just think that is unreasonable....she is not having a huge party afterward just family over but why can't she come to me at 11 after the ceremony!??
Please recommend your hair people...I have no idea where to even start!!!!

That is unreasonable of her especially if she has a contract with you. I would get your deposit back and you have time to fins another person.

I had something similar happen a few weeks ago and I was in a panic. I am going to a new girl for a trial in two weeks. If you can wait that long to get info, I will let you know how it goes. She is pretty reasonable in price and does the trial in West Islip at her home and then comes to you the day of.

def try my girl... she pretty much got the look i wanted on the first shot.... shes doesnt have a big business so she prob has an opening for ya!
Rachel - 631-807-4073 .... shes an awesome person, i loved my trial... and she will come to you for about $50!!!
ETA: The trial is at her home in Ronkonkoma... worth a shot if its not too far and she doesnt charge for them!

What is wrong with people...and honestly have you ever heard of anyone having a confirmation in october let alone on Halloween!?? My MOH thinks she is just lying and has something else going on.
lol didnt even think about it being in oct and on halloween.... yeah, doesnt make any sense at all... something better must have come up for her... but this is how people are....

That is what I am thinking because she was only going to do me and my MOH...so really another bride with more girls could have asked her and she now she wants to do my hair 11 and a half hours before my wedding... so unprofessional.
And to think that I recommended her to a lot of people on this site...and she is a vendor on this site... makes me sick!
