Tylenol doesn't work for me so I wont even waste my time taking it....anyone else have any good home remedies that have helped to releive the pain...I miss my excedrin

pinch in between your thumb & pointer finger ...
there are also these sticky Migraine Ice (I think that's what they are called) pads that you can put on your forehead or temples ...

Roll a ball under you right foot while it is on the ground. Use a tennis ball or a ball that will give you resistance. This really works I have tried it, but your right, nothing beats excedrin!!

oh i feel for you
depending on what type of headache, try either a cold or warm compress......cold worked for me for migranes and hot worked for more of a sinus headache....

ok...it is now about 9:15 and my headache finally went away...I have been in tears all day...I still feel it lingering in the back of my head though....it better not be here when I wake up tomorrow because I don't think I will be able to handle another day of this. Boy being preganant is tough!!!!

Granted I'm not pg, but nothing ever works for my headaches accept for a massage, so I get JT to rub my shoulders and it almost always goes away. I figured that might help for next time
