What about a Salmon? I will post a recipe I made the other day which was soooo easy. All I did was buy the Salmon Filet already cut for me.

Any recipes for a less 'fishy' fish??? I am just starting to like fish....

I know - I am picky....
Thanks!!!!

Don't worry...I understand. My husband is the same way, he didn't even eat the Salmon the other day. I am still working on him. Other than that my brother and I loved it.

Talapia is a good not too fishy tasting fish. I just posted something the other day for some recipes and there are a few that sound really good.
FI is not a fish person but he really likes this fish. THe only other seafood he eats is shrimp!

I'm the same way...not big on the fishy fish!
I usually make mahi-mahi or lemon flounder.
I take alum. foil and place fish in it. (make sure the alum.foil is big enough to fold into a pouch)
I add fresh lemon juice, olive oil, salt, peper, parsely, butter and bread crumbs.
I fold up the foil and bake it at 350 for about 20 minutes...it comes out nice and steamed...yet crunchy!
It's good!

I think flounder filet is one of the easiest fish to prepare. Here's a recipe that's even tastey in the microwave = super fast & easy!
Place flounder in a single layer in a 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle generously w/seasoned bread crumbs and a little bit of paprika. Dab w/margarine and microwave on high for 8-10 minutes, depending upon size of filets. Serve w/lemon wedges. Enjoy!
edited to correct my horrible spelling!
