Help...I'm hungry :)

I know I can eat something...but I don't really want to use any points. I don't like veggies...so basically everything I eat, counts. It's the mid-afternoon thing....UGH!

Yes the 94%ff popcorn is the best. You can eat 5 cups for 1 point, or you can get the kettle kind and have 4 cups for 1 point.

have you tried Fiber One...its got an artificial sweetener...so that will help me...

also coffee or tea works for me (even with a little bit of sugar...or SPLENDA!!)

Yeah mid afternoon is the worst for me too...I agree withthe coffee or tea, that will hold you over till the next meal. I sometimes stop at 7-11 and get a 16 ounce vanilla black tea with a little skim milk and sweet and low...Its yummy and it fills you up.

Re: Help...I'm hungry :)

I've got popcorn...but I would rather have one of those black and white cookies that you talked about in your other thread...but I don't know where to find a store like that here.

I sound like such a complainer...I'm sorry :(
