Help...need remedies for bloating.

I'm trying everything. I don't want to be a water balloon on my wedding day.

I heard that water pills do it- but they make you pee a lot. I have never tried them.

I took water pills for a week and then I had a seaweed wrap done at a spa the day before my sister's wedding. The results were amazing.

Take a water pill-but in the morning so you're not peeing all night. How about Midol or Pamprin?

surprisingly enough I found that drinking more water does it.. you have to do it for a week or so and your body adjusts and corrects it all.

Cut the carbs ... carbs retain water and therefore cause bloating.

Cut carbs, drink half your body weight in water a day (if you weigh 100 lbs, drink 50 ozs), put lemon in it....eat lots of greens (for the poop factor - sorry to be graphic). AND GOOD LUCK!

water pills....I swear by them when I am bloated and then tons of water...
You do pee alot, but I'll take that over being bloated any day! (even my wedding day)

Diurex is the water pill I take, there is also Aqua-ban

Def the pills.

Oh and this sounds silly but dont chew gum, it causes you to swallow air, there for adding to bloating (from gas, matter of fact you should try and anti gas like gas x too, just to be sure it isnt all water weight)
