I can't believe that I'm even in this situation, I'm usually the queen of gift giving...but FH's birthday is 2 1/2 weeks away and I have NOOOOOOO IDEAAAA what I should get him!! I was going to get him a watch but he actually already has one...the only thing is that its broken a little (its one of those watches with the day and month and they all have their own little hands...one of the hands is broken). I thought maybe I'd just get him a new one, but he's only had that watch a couple months...other than that I've got NO clue!! He wants a PS3 but I'm holding off on that until Christmas because supposedly they are coming out with a thinner one that is $100 cheaper!!
Uggggh...I can't believe I'm drawing such a blank! I know its hard to suggest gifts when you don't know someone, but I'd really appreciate any suggestions you girls might have!!
Some of his likes (if it helps): The Bears, The Cubs...he's a big computer geek...
hmmmm...when i cant think of an actual gift to give, I'll think of a place the person would want to go or something they would like to do..
for example, i didnt know what to get my dad for his bday so i got him a gift certificate to go fishing that paid for me and him so that it wasnt just a gift card but a day together as well
and when i cant think of anything to get for fh....i always fall back on taking him out to dinner since he is suchhhhhh a foodie

That is such an awesome idea. My FH is a sports nut... he loves jerseys - if your FH is like that, what about getting him a replica or repl-authentic Bears jersey??

These are fabulous ideas, What about making a day trip to the Baseball hall of Fame in Cooperstown? Oneonta is the closest city (only 20 minutes away) which is also an awesome time (it is where I went to college) The hotel rates are pretty cheap too.
