Hi everyone! I'm new here and very excited for the next year as I will finally be getting married to the love of my life. We have decided on a venue (we are having it at a hall similar to knights of Columbus) but have no idea what to do next. I know we will need to do the big things, like find a caterer, photographer, and dj, but it's the smaller details I'm afraid I'm going to forget. If anyone could point out things I will need/need to do I will appreciate it!

Start with the bigger things honestly, you don't want them to be booked and then they make/break your wedding.
Other than that, here are things LIW brides have done or things I might be doing:
Invites / Save the Dates , Flowers, Favors, Menu's/Programs, Table Numbers, linens (if using), plate ware if hall doesn't supply - are a few things that jumped out of my head
Also, my mom works for a catering company/deli that does all sorts of events (I've actually waitressed and bartended at several weddings for them). They are great and have all sorts of packages which can include as much or as little as you want. I can FM you their info if you would like
