Help....Teething Questions

Can teething cause a baby to vomit and not want to eat?
I beleive she is teething however, I am not sure if she also has caught a stomach bug -
Yesterday, I went to give her lunch and she got sick - didn't want to eat much for the rest of day - just taking milk.
Today she won't stop crying - it comes and goes - nose running, drooling, she has all the signs of teething -
but I'm not sure about the not being very hungry thing - can bad teething make her loose her appetite?
I put a call into the doctor - I'm waiting for the call - but I thought I'd post and see if someone on here can help.
The only thing that helps with the crying is Tylenol and me carrying her around - as soon as I put her down she starts crying again. DH is @ work... I'm counting the minutes till he gets home - what else beside this can I give her to help with this.
I feel so bad for her - plus I'm starting to go a little crazy too.

Teething can definitely make her not want to eat, but the throwing up and not wanting to eat sounds like she may have a stomach virus. Did it smell like vomit. Sometimes they can throw up from all the saliva they are swallowing but it doesn't really smell like vomit. If it does it probably is a stomach virus. Hope she feels better
