helppppp! how do i post my STD is its in a PDF format? when they emailed me the proof it was in adobe & i dont know how to change the format & i cant post it on here in adobe. helllpppppp!!!! thanks!

right click on the pic of it, and click save as. Under file name type in a name, under save as type see if you can change it to JPEG or GIF there.
