Help...veil question
I picked up my veil yesterday and was not really that happy with it--not because of the material or anything because I wasn't sure of what I wanted and now I think I do. Well anyway, I ordered a three tier veil (didn't really know it at the time) and when I tried it on it looked like there was too much there. Anyway, all I want is a cathedral length veil with a blusher. Now my question is--what length is the blusher????? Is it fingertip?? The veil now with the blusher is not--it comes just above my elbow and I thought it looked weird--the maker said it had to be that way because of my flowers when I walk into the church.
