I love the wording. Personally I don't think you need the line 'in the spirit of Christian Joy' but if you like it, go for it!

I think it sounds great. You could go either way on the Christian Joy line and it would still sound good. The only suggestions I have are: 1. the word twelfth is spelled wrong and 2. you might want to put an 'and' in two thousand and seven.

Good catch on the 'twelfth'!!!! And my opinion is to leave the 'and' out of the year. Technically it's incorrect although about half of wedding invites use it, so it's not 'wrong' - personal preference.
