Here are pics of my hair trial!

Tell me what you think. She said I can change it around if I wanted the day of. I wanted it down in the back because my dress is strapless.

Honestly I really like it and it looks really great on you - just one little thing the ringlets are a little too tight - I only say that b/c they probably wont stay that way they'll be loose by the end of the night and in your pics it might look like two different hair styles. JMO though. The front looks awsome!!

Yeah, I hate to say this, but something about it is throwing me off. It might be the ringlets, not sure.

so what do you think I should do, no ringlets? or looser? She said she can change anything. I got my hair done for a baptism I was surpose to go to and instead it was my bridal shower. So I dont want the same hair for the wedding since everyone saw me. LOL

I am not sure if I like the straight hair inbetween the curls. Either one of the other IMO. I like the hair style though that you are going for. I also have a strapless dress and I want my hair cascading down in the back.

Looking at your profile pic, you have BEAUTIFUL hair. I'd say something not as 'drastic', maybe alittle softer.

I agree....I would try larger type curls in the back...more romantic looking....your a very pretty girl and I just don't think this does you justice...IMO

This is just my opinion, but I think it doesnt look right. It looks like 2 different styles - straight, and curly. In my opinion, I think you would look stunning with an updo - you have a beautiful face (honestly) I would show it off if i were you! If you have your heart set on curls, maybe you can tell your stylist to leave a few down - you know, that kinda 'romantic' look... again, just my opinion.

I agree. The ringlets in the back w/ the straght in the front doesn't seem to flow right. I would opt for one or the other, but not a combo of both.

Guys, you are great. I am glad you are being so honest. All of my family at the shower loved it. But I think you are all right. I might do my hair all up. I think I will be going for another trial, LOL

Honestly I would try it again with bigger looser ringlets... it will blend the straight and curly much better and all together a better look for you :) Good luck and keep us updated with pics!!

The straight and curly thing was her idea. She said it would be something different and because I wanted curls in the back, she said that it would make my hair look shorter, like shirly temple curles. So she said let me try something different. That is how I ended up with this. I will definately get another trial.

IMO, I'm not a big 'half curls' and 'half straight' look. But you need to be happy with it. When is your wedding? If your hair gets affected by heat or humidity then an updo might be the best so that it won't 'fall'. If your family/friends liked what you had at your shower, you can always go for that instead.

My wedding is March 7th. However I think you are all right. I wanted my hair down, but I think it might look better up. I see everyone elses hair up and it looks great. Maybe if my hair was a little longer I could leave it down and yes the humidity will definately affect my hair.

Renee, honestly I can see you with your hair up also but very soft with the big curls in the back but cascading down. Do you remember banana clips? Like that look, nothing pulled back to drastic IMO. You have beautiful eyes and you should show them off!

IMO, your hair should also look more natural around your face. it looks like they used hair spray and a straightner. something more natural w/ hair framing (not sticking) to your face would look gorgeous.

You are so beautiful and (IMO) this style does not compliment your beauty and soft features.
