I have a first cousin who does BODY detail for The Police Comissoner and he was there when my unlce passed this past AUG....
and my Aunt is a NARC and gets HELL at work for her last name b4 she got married.
So I have family in all roles of life.

I don't understand why you are trying to turn this into a contest. We were just pointing out the same points you have made a hundered times about people being able to have their own opinion without getting reamed for it. Remember that you DO NOT like it when it happens to you and neither do the rest of us. You need to practice what you preach!!

Ok, can we all just understand the progression or should I say deterioration of this post? T was posting to tell us she found the information she asked for help getting yesterday...she posted that she was upset, not to incite a debate about the mafia, drug culture, and overall state of Howard Beach. Kris responded, and of course, it incited Theresa to get upset about it, because this is an upsetting situation to her. Kris obviously didn't mean to be callous or cold, and apologized before it even got out of hand..then the bandwagon started on Theresa about her response. Notice that Kris hasn't even responded again?
Let's just leave well enough alone and let this go. She's upset, and rightfully so. Granted we all have our opinions on this topic, and I have plenty of my own, but Theresa wasn't posting to get anyone riled up, and wasn't posting for this to become a debate. She's obviously upset and ****ed off and we all handle it our own way. Just let bygones be bygones and that's that.

If you read the end of my post, I wished you and your frieds WELL, and I hoped it was a misunderstanding.
As for me living in a bubble and being a do-gooder- I have had people in my FAMILY in jail before, and it is upsetting and embarrasing. I do not live in a cave. HOWEVER, they were CRIMINALS, and they got what they deserved- actually the jail time turned their lives around.
All you girls down my back were ALL FOR putting that Videomaker guy in jail.... he was someone's friend too, I am sure. Was he not a criminal?
I am not saying that Theresa is a bad person, or should not associate with them. I also didn't say that she shouldn't be upset! As I said in my earlier thread... I wish them WELL. I never meant to cause this drama.
As for me being on here often- just because I don't post 1000 times a day doesn't give me any less of a right to respond to a thread. As we have ALL stated before, we all have the right to respond. Theresa is famous for putting posts that incite huge controversy. I was merely responding. And we wonder why people have left the boards recently! WOW.

Its never easy when someone you know goes through this, esp when you have known them for a long time. Some of the names on that list are way too familiar to me and to my friends, having grown up in HB myself. It is very shocking to see their names and addresses printed w. details of the alleged crimes. And while I am totally against what they are accused of there are still sad feelings associated w. them being arrested. We dont know if they are guilty- and if you know someone personally, its hard to seperate the crime from the person.
