Here we go again!
Wish us luck. we are starting with another mortgage broker. the first one messed up royally. I am nervous that this one will be the same. The first man keeps calling he is such a creep that he is working on it... hello we have been doing this for 6 week now - little does he know we have switched brokers. This is an estate sale- it was my parents home, they both passed away and I am buying my sister out of her half of the house. So far he new broker seems to know what he is doing. Send me some prayers!!!! Please......
