I am starting to get a list together for my side for the RD - FMIL and I have started talking about it. Anyone that is a part of the wedding in any way (BP, readers, etc) will be getting a guest.
So I am planning on asking my cousin to be a part of the ceremony as far as doing a reading or the prayer of the faithful or something like that (we haven't completely figured that all out yet). I already know for a fact that his GF is not going to be coming to the wedding because she is in a BP the same day as our wedding - which sucks!
So with that said, does she get invited to the RD given that I know she won't be at the actual wedding? This may not even be an issue since she may already be out in Jersey for the other's bride RD at that time, but I'm just curious as how to approach this.

Re: Here's a good question...
I would invite her anyway, knowing that she won't be there. It's just a courtesy invite.

I'm going to invite the BP and readers with guests so I think you should extend to offer to her. She may but hurt if you don't.

ITA.
I have people that I know aren't going to be able to come to my wedding but I'm inviting them anyway as a courtesy.

thanks girls - I figured that was the right thing to do.
Amy: we are planning on doing our rehearsal 2 nights before the wedding... so Thurs for Sat. As long as there are no issues with the church.
