Hese tables are going to kill me

So I typed up the spreadsheet for her.....and then realized that I forgot to place one person....and the table he should go to is full

I should just pull 3 or 4 over from the full table to my table of 6, right?

Are you sure you can't just add him to the table? I know at my hall they havea limited number of larger tables PLUS, the tables they use for 10 could really seat 12.

I'm not sure what you mean about the full table. Like pull four from a 12 table so you have an 8 and a 6? I guess it depends on the above and your room layout and whether or not you've called in your table counts to the florist.

Agreed you dont wanna over crowd a table so I think the way you r planning would be best

Yeah I have a table of 12 and a table of 6 and a floating single

I'm thinking of pulling 3 or 4 to the 6 and putting floater at the original 12, to make a 9 and an 8?

Tables done!

We are waiting on 3, but have space at the 9 if they decide to say yes.

If not, no biggie!

Speaking of tables and *her* whats the latest you can do ur stationary to get place cards for the tables. I have just about all my stuff typed up but havent even thought of where I'm putting people yet

She does it VERY late in the process because she knows a lot can change. She told me to have it to her by June 10 for my June 19 wedding.
