I wasn't on the forum when you were active so I don't know much of the background but I just wanted to give kudos to you for taking control of your life and not letting the fear of the unknown stop you. I know too many people who have gone through with marriages because they were afraid not to and let me tell you - the years of unhappiness outweigh the unhappiness that comes from the breakup. Congrats and enjoy your new life!!!!!

i am so so so sorry you went through such heartache. FM me if ever you want to talk or vent about anything. so glad you are healing from this and you seem to be doing so in such a healthy way. you experienced the sadness fully, and now you are trying to move on. no denial. that takes courage and strength and i wish you well in everything.

i'm not sure what your situation was, but the same thing happened to me in 2008. shortly afterwards, i did what you did, meet new people and started dating again and found the man that i was supposed to spend my life with.

i'm sorry you had to go through the heartbreak, but it has only made you stronger and trust me, will make you appreciate so much more what you will have with 'mr. right' once you find him!
