i just get hives sometimes, no reason at all besides my body hates me. they decided to show up on my hands and palms so my fingers on my left hand are swollen ive gotten used to it, this is like the 6th time in 10 months

Is it a food allergy? You could be allergic to wheat or gluten or something that you don't even realize- or maybe are your hands in contact with something that could cause it?

nah, ive been through endless tests. I have AICU (autoimmune chronic utercaria) basically, my body attacks itself as if it were an allergin. The hives are an immune response to by body fighting itself odd, I know.

this is how my wheat gluten allergy started.. for a year or so, my arms would just swell up and i would pop some bendaryl sleep it out.. and then it turned into my whole body breaking out into hives.. and finally a few episodes of anaphylaxis later, they figured out it was.. so go get it checked and carry an epi with you at all times..
