Can you believe we have six months until our weddings

FH just looked at the screen and couldn't believe it himself. Its going by so fast.

I still have alot of planning left to do.

oh my god. It is 6 months. And I am October 1st...Oh well, lets celebrate and hope that I get it all done.

OMG!!! I can't believe it is coming up so fast!!! I still have SOOOO much to do , its really out of control! FH and I have been house hunting so wedding got put on the back burner for a while. I have to get on the ball though!!!!

ETA: Big things are done. We have to work on invites, tuxes, guys gifts, one more gift for the girls, and lots and lots of small details.

The whole 199 days thing is a bit of a shocker!!

Not to make any other October bride nervous but I'm down to only a few things - I need shoes and a veil, hair trials, order the invites, book air for honeymoon (cruise is already booked), and DIY stuff.

In a week and a half I have booked my hall, photographer, videographer, florist & DJ! When I get focused I get focused! Oh yeah, and I bought my dress last month. Looking for bridesmaid dresses on Monday. Starting to think about Honeymoon ideas... and that's where I'm at...

Update: Bridesmaid dresses ordered, veil ordered, head piece purchased.

Still need to do: book an officiant, book honeymoon, buy shoes & undergarments, and book some hair & makeup trials.

I'm starting to feel like I'm going to have nothing to do for the few months before!

What else should I be thinking about?

October bride too... 204 days and counting. All of the major venders are booked, just did the florist this past Thursday. Need to hit the gym, order invites, get BM gifts, wedding bands, hair trial, tiara or some kind of hair piece, honeymoon clothing, meet the Rabbi, and more. Need a sedative to calm my nerves... I think that covers it.

Yeah i used to think that i was so ahead of the game and i really was. But my FH and i have had so many other things going on lately (buying land, building a house, etc) that the wedding stuff has just been secondary. But now that we're waiting for permits to go through and everything else, i'm starting to realize i have so much left to do for the wedding.

I need to... have hair/makeup trials, buy flip flops for the wedding and flip flops for the BM's (its a beach wedding). The guys will need to get tuxes, i haven't quite finished the BM's gifts, haven't picked out invites yet, and many more i can't think of. I mean, all the big things are booked and ready to go. It's just the little details that aren't quite ironed out yet!

Is anyone else starting to get really nervous? Every time someone asks me about my wedding, i feel my chest getting red!!

Today it's officially 6 months to the wedding (even if the LIW countdown clock says 183 days, instead of 180 - nice to know those months with 31 days are accounted for ).

We redid tuxes last night, now I just have to get off my arse and order the invitations we picked out THREE months ago!!!

I really have to concentrate on getting a dress. I wish i could afford to have a custom made dress, but that would be waaay to expensive. All the dresses i see are usually strapless and i have big boobs and i hate the way my arms look

To top it off, i have been on medication that i recently found out has slowed my metabolism down. I have switched medication and have really been trying to hit the gym

Anyone wanna come to my pity party???

My MOH is on my *ss to make sure I am not slacking off, which I totally needed! I got a ton of stuff done months ago when we first got engaged and for a little while I was falling behind!

i can't believe i now have less than 6 months to go! i know it's gonna go so fast and i still have so much to do!!!

i went for my first makeup trial yesterday but i definitely want to go to a couple more before i decide.
