We bought both sets of parents new computers...they were in DIRE need of them and they both did SO much for our weddings...we saved for months and months lol

nothing. either set of parents didn't help with the wedding at all, so we didn't get them anything. i paid for the moms to get their nails done the day before the wedding.

both sets of parents got albums for christmas, though.

We bought them their parent albums. They were not included in our photography package. They were around $600 each.

His parents didnt do anything so we gave them nothing.
My mom paid for my dress so I got her some stuff from Vera Bradley and paid for her hair the day of.

We got both parents a digitial photo frame so they could upload any pics they took or received from the wedding or anything else. we figured it was the most practical gift we could give.

My MIL - we got her a gift basket with lots of food stuffs in it (combination she helped with NADA and she had just stopped working so she needed food more than anything else).
My FIL - He couldn't bother to show up, so he got nothing.
My parents - They pretty much paid for 75% of stuff, so we got them a weekend at an inn in Vermont that we really like plus paid for dinners, and a massage.

We got them each a $75 certificate to Lombardi's on the Sound (with the instructions on it to use it towards the Sunday brunch), and they're getting parent albums too.

We got my mom a full set plus some of her favorite Kate Spade cosmetic kits. She asked for that! But I went crazy and bought her a lot more than she asked for. We got my dad a new Canon PowerShot 12 Megapixel camera in black. I wanted to steal it sooo badly!!! We got my FIL a gift card for golf for Two at Bethpage. We got MIL a bunch of Lenox stuff, and special frame for mother of the bride/groom.
