What are you doing for centerpieces? I'm not sure if I'm going to upgrade.

Re: Hey Riviera Brides
I'm having someone else do all of my flowers. I was appalled at Lorraines prices to upgrade.

Re: Hey Riviera Brides
I used the centerpieces that came with the Riviera. I chose white flowers, I believe there were 8 in a vase. They were simple and perfect. I'm a big fan of 'less is more'. The Riviera is so beautiful and elegant to begin with, you really don't need extravagent flowers. The flowers are roses.

I upgraded with Lorraine, I posted pics (and my feelings on the upgrade) on my review on the brides review. Please FM me if you have any questions at all.

Re: Hey Riviera Brides
I got the credit. I wasnt happy with the centerpieces offered thru Lorraine.
For an additional 15.00 per table at a 'real' wedding florist we got beautiful centerpieces, many more roses in a small container.

These will be mine from Laurie of LA Blossom except the roses will probably be in pastel colors

Re: Hey Riviera Brides
Hey! Yeah we decided that if we stick with the Rivieras centerpeices we'll upgrade to the fall one, but I'm still thinking about using a florist to design a warm fall centerpeice, i also want alot, i mean ALOT of candlelight, so Michelle, my BM already said it would be fine to add some to the table and we can also rent the candleabras from the florist for the ceremony which she said looks beautiful.. Im just so excited!

Hi Debbie!!!!!! and Riviera To Be Brides
I agree with you- less is more!! I like the Riviera centerpieces, I am not a big fan of the tall ones that are huge that stand a few feet off the table!

Re: Hey Riviera Brides
Hello Ladies! I had my own vision of the centerpieces. Not that Lorraines is not nice but I had 12 votives in a heart shape with rose petals inside the heart. I don't know I want to see how it looks on the table first. Guess I will have to see how it looks. Otherwise I will take the flowers given to me.

Re: Hey Riviera Brides
I did hear they got their chairs... I had started a riviera official thread for 06'ers but feel free to talk to us on there...just do a search for it.
Here's what we're doing...and then the roses that you get with the hall we're going to change to cream roses and put them on the cocktail tables outside...

That is a great idea about the roses that the hall gives you for the cocktail tables. I think I'm going to borrow that idea.

Hey Girls! I am having such a hard time finding hotels around the area...I hate for everyone to drive far but my church is in N. Seaford and well you know the hall.
Where are you all booking rooms? How far in advance do you call?? TIA for your help...any other good DJ's? I have to finish looking and start booking this month! Geez..I am so behind!
PS here is a picture of the CP I was thikinging...I have to test it out but I agree I don't like the tall CP, trying to keep it light and low
