Re: Hey Rocky Horror Picture Show fans....
I saw it with Luke Perry AND Sebastain Bach. Not a fan of LP, but SB was hot. I loved yelling Dylan and Kelly jokes at Luke. I also saw it with Ana Gasteyer in her limited engagement as columbia. I never saw Joan Jett Daphne Rubin Vega and Aiko Nakasone were in it the entire time, and I saw Penn and Teller once as narrator. HILARIOUS. I loved that show. We used to go and get rush seats whenever we could. SO sad when it closed. I was in love with Jonathan Sharp, and I think he knew it. *drooooooooool*
After seeing it on broadway, seeing it acted out in front of the movie screen is really lame. Especially since, at least in the theatre in the city, you get the same regulars and the same tired old jokes. At the Broadway show, they kept us on our toes, because the cast got to know the callbakcs and would respond to us, and mimic us, so we had to try to come up with something new. LOADS of fun. Will miss that show. I didn't go 35 times like some people did, though I wish I could have.
