I'm assuming you got yours from D&D also?

do you have a pic?? what flavors did you pick?

FH and I weren't all that impressed when we did our tasting. the fillings were good, the buttercream was eh, the whipped cream was good (usually i LOVE buttercream and hate whipped cream).. but the cake itself... I didn't like.

how was yours??

I'm hoping that the tasting was just an off day. a friend of mine who got married at verdis last year RAVED about her cake..

please let me know.

Hey! We didn't have a tasting (no time!). We upgraded to the red velvet since its my favorite. I only had a few bites and it was really good and moist. The guests really liked it! The cake itself was plain on the outside...I had the florist spruce it up with some flowers! Heres some pics:

they offered you red velvet? they didn't offer us that!
we get either choc or van.
is that cream cheese icing?? i kinda love the shine to it!

They didn't offer it to me...I had to ask. They named off like 6 flavors..and I wasn't super excited about any of them, so I asked them about Red Velvet. They charged me an extra $100 to have it (well worth it in my opinion lol). The outside of it was probably whip cream. It didnt seem think enough to be buttercream and it def. wasn't cream cheese (I wish). ;) HTH!! Feel free to ask me anything else, I am super happy to help!!
