I really did hurt my back and was not in the office today.
I'm sitting here in so much pain my eyes are watering.
Totally serious (I'm not looking for TWOTY tickets... I'm on the wrong side of the Atlantic for those), my father is a chiropractor. He's really good at helping people with back pain.
