St. James? My grandmother and Aunt used to live there. People were always like...where's St. James?? I loved her house there. It was so cute.

Yeah, a lot of people who are not from the area don't know where it is, which surprises me! I grew up in Smithtown, so I always knew where it was I wish I could afford to live there, but even a shack is too much money!

I teach in Rego Park in Queens and even though I am bored.....I am in no rush to get back
