Oh you can vent all you want because I am sure there are a ton of us in the same boat!!! With us - its not like we can work overtime to get the money we need so we are selling things on ebay to make the $....


I cant sleep at night - I have no idea where the money is coming from but everyone always tells me 'It will work out in the end' so I am hoping and praying thats true!

Hi my TWIN ad everyone else, I too am a ' how are we gonna do this ' girl!
....I sell EVERYTHING ON E-bay! I just went to Barnes and Noble to buy a B-day gift and walked out with $30 in books for me, that I am already questioning how much to ask for on E-bay or Amazon! I am getting married in 7 months and I dont even have HALF!
Come to think of it, I have less then 1/4....so I sure do hope that the ' It will all work out' rumor is TRUE or I'm gonna be sooooo embarrased the day of my wedding

We scrambled for deposits, but luckily made ends meet by the skin of our teeth. But Im just worried about making final payments. Thanks for sharing guys. As bad as this sounds I feel better knowing Im not the only one!!

owwww..I just feel so bad right now for us all...Maybe we can have like a HUGE garage sale or something? Or write a book?

We just 'borrowed' money to make deposits on HM, Florist and Limo so I understand, then thats it for the less then 1/4 we have saved....Oh lord....Must go see if I can sell something now...

Girls, I feel you!

I am pretty lucky my parents are covering the reception and my dress, but everything else is pretty much my job to handle, I've managed to save a some, but I still have a ways to go. Our part of the wedding is about 8K, and we also have to come up with money to move, when the time comes, and now my surgery put another thing on the plate... urgh!

And I want to buy a car by next april, yea keep dreaming...

I was totally stressed until I talked to some of my vendors and I put myself on a monthly payment plan for the flowers and photo's, which has reduced my stress greatly...

The only thing that comforts me, is that I know I am not alone.. I have all you guys to come and talk too, and you all know what it feels like

Oh nooooo you didnt!!! You have to go back and return those books right now!!! (can you even return books??) You must never buy anything for yourself. True I bought a $12 shirt at Old Navy for myself this week but guess why.....cause I am gaining weight and need a bigger size but anyway thats besides the point!

As hard as it is, you have to spend no money ever besides bills!


As I was telling some of the girls at the GTG today, we saw the payment plan for the catering hall the other day. The last payment is so huge that I know FH is going to freak out. I told him that he will send it and I will leave the house for the night because after we write a check for that much money I dont want to be around him cause hes gonna flip the heck out!

eta: if we have one more thing in common, I am going to

HUGS for all us poor 05'ers!!!

Let's pray for lots of money gifts at our weddings so we can pay them off!!!!!

I'm with you girls, i'm always worrying about not having enough $$$(FH on the other hand is not worried, it's very annoying). I hope he's right and everything works out!

it keeps me up at night!! although it does kind of make me feel better to know that everyone else is in the same boat.

My mom and dad (divorced) are helping out a lot, but his fam....nada...just the rehearsal dinner (which they wont give me a budget to plan...i should have it at Ruth's Chris hahahahahahaha)

Neither of our families can help much both are single mothers. So I am stressing a lot. Scared to start looking for everything cause I don't want to have to add everything up. FH is not as worried. And cutting spending is so hard. Still have to pay the bills.

I know just how you feel!!!! I was just thinking the same exact thing. I have at least $500 A MONTH that is going to gifts!!!!! Weddings, showers, batchelorrettes, birthdays!!! It is so unfair, my account keeps bouncing and I can't save any money!!!!
