OMG Jamie, I didn't know you have vertigo. I had a terrible bout with it after I had the flu in 2000. I was vaguely dizzy 24 hours a day! I felt like I was on a boat or something. I never got the spins, but I constantly had a sensation of movement. Even when I tried to sleep! I had to go for special physical therapy for it, to try and re-train my balance mechanism. NOT FUN!

Even going to the movies was a challenge because the movements on the screen would make me feel like I was tipping over or falling out of my chair. Sometimes I would actually grab the arm rests to stop myself from 'falling.' My DH and I were just dating at the time. He must have thought I was NUTS! LOL!!

Thankfully it faded away, but it took a LONG time. It's been three and a half years now, and sometimes I still get a day where I feel funny.

That's why I haven't been on DH's Harley yet.
