Hi TTC'ers - did you fight

about when to start TTC? Neither of us want to budge on our time frames.

Seems to be a subject that we have been fighting about lately....

nope, we didn't fight and tried to conceive on our honeymoon. We are both ready and when it happens, it happens.

Me & DH kinda did. I've always been one step ahead of him in future desires... I wanted to get engaged before he did, married, have kids, etc.
So after we got married, he tried to fight me about when to TTC (he wanted to wait at least a year, and I wanted to try immediately)... but we agreed upon the 'whatever happens, happens', and I got pregnant 2 months later. I won that battle , BUT had a m/c 4 months later .

Now, we're both in the same boat... where we both are hesitant to TTC, and feel 'whatever happens, happens'. However, I think I got the TTC bug before he did, because I'd like to, but he's still scared. I feel we'll both be scared regardless if we try again now, or 5 years from now. Having a m/c takes away that ignorant joy & carefreeness we felt, but it doesn't take away the joy I want to feel when we have a baby.

No, we were pretty much in agreement that we would TTC in 2 - 3 yrs...we didn't quite get the chance to decide that!

We didn't fight... but at first I was a bit reluctant because of my career. I wanted to wait a bit longer, but then I changed my mind when things started to change here at work. I realized that I was ready.
We ended up starting when DH had wanted to start.

We definitely didn't fight, but we definitely questioned when the 'right' time would be forever.

we are struggling with this now. DH would like to start trying now (after 1 1/2 years of marriage) but i think i'd like to wait another year. i'm not sure though...

we didn't fight about it, but we didn't agree on it. I wanted to start earlier than DH did, I waited a few months then we tried, got PG and M/C, waited again to recuperate and started trying around our 1 yr anniversary. That was last month, and this month was month #2 of TTC
