Yabbo - this is where yours is? Is it a nice hotel? I have it blocked for my travelers, but I never went there. Just did it on advice from the board. How much are they charging you? And how did you do the brunch thing in your invite? Did you ask them to rsvp to brunch?
We chose the Hilton b/c my mom works with the managers wife...so we got a pretty good deal... $109.
their reg prices are $209 (non-wedding blocks) so I'm thinking it is a pretty nice hotel, but I've never been inside...just drove by the outside...
my mom is taking care of the brunch, but it will only be people who stay in the rooms (we'll mention something in the hotel packages) and immediate family...
you are so lucky to stay at the Oheka bridal suite...I LOVED it in that room!!

Re: Hilton Brunch
Oheka really has beautiful rooms - a lot of my immediate family is staying there and friends. But I blocked some rooms at the Hilton for anybody else. NONE of us are from LI, so everybody is traveling in some way. I am hoping the Hilton will work out for us. Oheka offers a breakfast for people who stay but it's from 8-10! I dont' think many people will be making that.....

Re: Hilton Brunch
The Hilton is absolutely beautiful and it's rated as a 4-star hotel, so there is no need to worry. I'll let you in on a secret, if you go to hotels.com, you can get a room for $129 and then they also give a $10 rebate after you stay the night. That's where I am staying the night of my wedding. It's definitely worth the price.
I just checked...they have for $150...but much better than the $200 they said after our guarentee was up...

Re: Hilton Brunch
Hi Yabbobay, Glad that my post helped. I think that it may be $150 for your weekend because it's just around the corner. Thank u for that website your posted when I was asking about addressing invitations, but it doesn't seem to be working. But I'll check out the other stuff.
